Unless you've been living under a rock, you know that Travis Pastrana's Nitro Circus is taking over MTV Sunday nights along with Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory. Something about Pastrana’s show made it among the highest rated premiere episodes ever in MTV history -- maybe it had something to do with MegaRamp tricycle backflips, a slip and bleed backyard set-up, or jumping out of an airplane without a parachute.
