Travis Pastrana will be coming at you in a whole new way starting in two weeks, hitting the MTV airwaves with his crazy crew for a new self-titled show, Nitro Circus. The show will be a key part of the new Sunday line-up -- combined with Rob Dyrdek's new Fantasy Factory show, it'll be a pretty heavy one-two punch of fun stuff to watch as you kick off your week.
What's the show about? The MTV camp explains it all:
Nitro Circus revolves around the world's greatest freestyle motocross rider Travis Pastrana and his crew of top action sport athlete buddies and enablers. Imagine if Evel Knievel and eight of his equally insane buddies had a television show where they tried to top each other's stunts week after week. That's Nitro Circus.
Whether they are trying to back-flip a motorcycle over a ravine, jump out of a plane without a parachute, or jump a Big Wheel 40-feet into the air into a crowded boat dock, Travis and his gang of nuts are going at it hard, 24/7, and there is no downtime -- it's just fast, faster and disaster.
Travis, being a faithful member of the DC family, will be serving up some pretty special stuff throughout the season on the DC website. Each and every week - immediately following the show - there will be behind the scenes photo galleries, bonus video clips, and funny interviews, all designed to give you more Nitro Circus. Tune into moto.dcshoes.com weekly for the goods, and this Newsclip on Friday's for the easy click-through to it all.
The show premieres Sunday, February 8, at 10:00 PST. See the super teaser video by clicking here.
