Last weekend DC Moto took the top two spots as the Dew Tour stopped in Salt Lake City. Adam Jones took 1st and now sits in the overall points lead, and Robbie Maddison took 2nd.
Adam, who’s been up and down this year with a series of injuries, owned things in Salt Lake City. He won the prelims, and when it came time for the finals he did it again, dominating that round. Adam said, “I’m feeling spectacular... Magnificent. I definitely feel good. It’s been a while since I’ve felt like I’m on top of my game, and I’m definitely feeling like that right now, so it gives me a lot of confidence going into Orlando for the next event.”
The top of the Dew FMX standings is a mosh pit right now as we head into the tour finals in Orlando on October 16. The points are so tight that basically every rider has a chance at the Cup… if Adam wins Orlando, he’ll win the Cup. And if Nate or Robbie win it, they may take the Cup, depending on how the other riders place. Either way, it should be a good battle in FL in a few weeks! Go to ast.com for more Dew Tour extreme-ness.
