Bio:
They don’t call this guy the G.O.A.T., or “Greatest Of All Time,” for nothin’. This is a moniker RC earned the hard way. Carmichael is the winningest rider in the history of motocross. In 2006 he won his seventh consecutive AMA Motocross Championship title. He also won the AMA Supercross title again last year. It’s the second consecutive SX crown for Carmichael, who has now won it five times in the past six years. The GOAT also holds 15 career MX and SX titles and a record number of race wins. RC is hands-down the most fearsome motocross competitor ever. As an esteemed member of the DC Moto team, and a bonafide hall-of-famer, RC has legions of rabid fans at every stop of the AMA tour. Even still, with 2007 making his retirement from full-time motocross action, RC is a fan favorite, whether hitting the track for a fun race or handling announce duties in the booth. To the fans and the sport in general, there’s no one like Ricky Carmichael.
